ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
Returning Genesis Sedan Lease customers only. The existing HMF lease must be in good standing and have 5 or fewer payments scheduled to maturity between February 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012. Eligibility is limited to lessee or co lessee only. Customer must take delivery of new 2011/2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan or 2011/2012 Equus by April 2, 2012 and lease or finance the vehicle through Hyundai Motor Finance. New Genesis Sedan or Equus contracts must be funded by April 17, 2012. Eligibility limited to one lease or financed vehicle per returning customer.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Eligible Applicants must qualify based on HMF's credit guidelines. Credit tiers and terms are specified in HMF Marketing Bulletins based on program. There is no Pre-Approval offer associated with the Genesis Sedan Spring Forward Lease Loyalty Program. Eligible Applicants that lease a new 2012 Genesis Sedan or 2011/2012 Equus or finance a new 2011/2012 Genesis Sedan or 2011/2012 Equus through HMF are also eligible for waiver of the Disposition Fee on the terminating lease, as well as waiver of up to $250 of excess wear & use.
